Train and play at least twice per week as consistent practice and repetition of skills reinforces proper techniques, and leads to the development of muscle memory and better co-ordination, resilience, focus and quick decision-making under pressure in game situations.

And frequent training sessions help build the necessary muscle strength, power, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance required for effective play in matches, helping to become a proficient and well-rounded badminton player.

Book yourself in for additional badminton sessions here or send us a  Whatsapp message for advice.
