Session info
A 2-hour basketball session comprised of training followed by a refereed match. This is for improvers who have been training/playing regularly for several months and who want develop their team play skills and play a competitive match each week. All genders are welcome at this session.

What to bring
Bring your own ball to train with and bring a plain black t-shirt, a plain white t-shirt and also a plain red t-shirt so we can divide players into teams. We can lend you a ball for your first time but you'll need to bring your own ball after that.
Safety
– Check the Covid guidelines before playing.
– For everyone’s safety, please cut your fingernails short and remove all jewellery including rings, bracelets, watches and fitness trackers.
– You are responsible for your personal safety and your belongings at all times.

Train and play at least twice per week as consistent practice and repetition of skills reinforces proper techniques, and leads to the development of muscle memory and better co-ordination, resilience, focus and quick decision-making under pressure in game situations.
And frequent training sessions help build the necessary muscle strength, power, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance required for effective play in matches, helping to become a proficient and well-rounded basketball player.
